Leadership and Management

Ethics, Integrity and Code of Conduct

Future leaders are expected to demonstrate the highest standards of ethics, integrity and professionalism from the beginning of their careers. Technical competence alone is no longer sufficient. Employees must make ethical decisions, uphold company values, safeguard confidential information and build trust with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.

This highly interactive two-day programme equips participants with practical knowledge and workplace judgement to recognise ethical dilemmas, apply Code of Conduct, manage conflicts of interest, communicate with integrity and make sound decisions under pressure.

Using the E.T.H.I.C.S. Framework, participants will learn how to evaluate ethical situations, protect organisational reputation and become trusted professionals.

E.T.H.I.C.S. Framework:-

E — Evaluate the Situation

Recognise ethical issues early.

T — Think Before Acting

Consider consequences and company policies.

H — Honour Company Values

Protect integrity and reputation.

I — Identify Stakeholders

Consider impact on everyone involved.

C — Choose the Right Action

Apply ethical judgement.

S — Speak Up Responsibly

Report concerns appropriately.

Learning is reinforced through discussions, simulations, role plays and two connected workplace case studies.
