CORPORATE POLICIES & COMPLIANCE BASICS
Corporate policies and compliance are the foundation of a well-governed and trusted organisation. Every employee, regardless of role or seniority, is responsible for understanding company policies, complying with legal and regulatory requirements, and protecting the organisation from operational, financial and reputational risks.
Developing strong compliance habits from the beginning of their careers helps establish professionalism, accountability and sound decision-making that will support future leadership responsibilities.
This highly interactive two-day programme introduces participants to the purpose of corporate policies, compliance requirements and workplace responsibilities within the organisation. Participants will learn how to interpret policies, recognise compliance risks, make responsible decisions and respond appropriately when faced with policy breaches.
