BUSINESS ACUMEN Business Case Development
Every successful project, investment or improvement initiative begins with a well-developed business case. Organisations expect employees to justify recommendations with facts, analyse alternatives, evaluate risks and demonstrate how proposed initiatives create value for the business.
As future leaders, they should be able to think critically, evaluate opportunities and prepare practical business cases that support sound decision-making.
This highly interactive two-day programme introduces participants to the fundamentals of business case development using a structured approach. Participants will learn how to identify business problems, analyse data, evaluate options, estimate benefits, assess risks and present recommendations confidently to management.
Using the B.U.S.I.N.E.S.S. Framework, participants will strengthen their analytical thinking, creativity and communication skills while developing practical business cases relevant to the organisation.
