Building Trust & Managing Conflict is a highly practical and interactive two-day programme designed to strengthen workplace relationships, communication, teamwork and conflict-management capabilities.
Participants will explore how communication gaps, assumptions, emotional reactions and different working styles can weaken trust and create conflict. Through practical tools, reflection exercises, discussions, role plays and workplace-based case studies, participants will learn to manage emotions, conduct difficult conversations and resolve disagreements constructively. The programme also emphasises rebuilding trust, strengthening collaboration and creating a positive, respectful and psychologically safe workplace culture.
