Hanafiah Mohd Isa helps leaders, managers and professionals improve decision quality, workplace productivity and organisational performance. As a Business Psychologist, Consulting Advisor and HRD Corp accredited trainer, he brings over 30 years of professional experience.
His experience includes about 20 years with PETRONAS in plant, site and corporate roles across downstream and upstream operations. He has held senior management positions in enterprise change management, strategic planning, business performance and organisational improvement.
Since 2012, Hanafiah has managed and delivered more than 700 training and consultancy engagements across corporate, government and SME settings. His areas of expertise include AI and Microsoft Copilot for workplace productivity, strategic leadership, organisational psychology, KPI setting and cascading, change management, team effectiveness, coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution and structured problem solving.
He has conducted more than 50 Mastering AI and ChatGPT sessions. He also served as Key Trainer and Master Trainer for the HRD Corp Professional Certificate in Smart Instructional Design with Generative AI.
