Participants will explore how mindset, behaviour, personality, emotional intelligence, communication, and team roles shape workplace performance. The programme moves participants from understanding themselves, to understanding others, to performing as a team under pressure.

The course includes self-discovery, interpersonal communication, team dynamics, conflict and feedback management, and a business simulation using a car manufacturing game. Participants will leave with a personal action plan and a team charter aligned to workplace goals.
