Nursita began her corporate career with PETRONAS, where she held leadership roles in organizational improvement and change management. During her tenure, she played a key role in the integration and maintenance of quality and environmental management systems, led organizational change initiatives, and contributed to the company’s achievement of the Prime Minister’s Quality Award. Her experience in driving organizational excellence laid the foundation for her passion in helping organizations and individuals achieve their full potential.
Today, she serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of FN Dynamics Sdn Bhd, a consultancy and training company focused on developing organizational capabilities and empowering leaders to thrive in an increasingly dynamic business environment. She is also the founder behind The Ty Resorts hospitality brand, demonstrating her entrepreneurial ability to build and grow successful businesses across multiple sectors.
As a trainer and facilitator, Nursita has designed and delivered programs in leadership development, coaching and mentoring, strategic communication, customer relations and customer experience, problem-solving and critical thinking, performance management, design thinking, organizational adaptability, culture change, and employee engagement.
