Creative and Analytical Thinking Skills
This course is designed for Managers, Executives, Supervisors or even normal employees who deal with a lot of meetings, presentations, discussions in their daily jobs that require a proper Methodology of analysing the situation and come with the best decision for their company. In a lot cases, many of the staffs who are asked to think analytically on a situation not sure which tool to use or which method to implement.
This course will explore two types of tools. The first one cover the important topics in Creative Thinking and the second tools will cover 8 Basics principles of Analytical Thinking that can be applied in any conditions either for Engineering, People Managements, Sales, Scientific Research and many more. In order to master the technique, the steps must be memorized and put in practice in our daily routines. As a results, it will be nature in our methodology of thinking and thus will bring us to the best sound decision in our life.
Creative and Analytical Thinking can also be used to solve any problems in your working environment. It helps you evaluate problems, forming effective questioning skills either in simple or complicated conditions. This skill incorporates many skills like analysis of the details information, decision-making, and researching skills in order to analyse a question or problem and reach to the best solution.
In order to make it applicable in the real life case, students are taught to use the matrix table with all the steps in the tool. A method of scoring which is fair and balance will be introduced and at the end, it will help students to make decision based on the total scored obtained from the table.

Ahmad Nasser is a seasoned engineer-turned-trainer with over 25 years of industry experience spanning semiconductor giants including Intel, Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, Avago, and Broadcom. Having spent the early part of his career working across Malaysia and the United States — including postings in Oregon, Arizona, and Santa Clara — Ahmad brings a rare blend of deep technical expertise and real-world industry perspective to every training engagement.
Ahmad holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Electronics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and a Master of Science in Electronics Design from Universiti Sains Malaysia. He is an accredited HRDF trainer and a certified TVET trainer in Industrial Automation, and has been delivering professional training since 2010.
Before transitioning full-time into Learning and Development in 2017, Ahmad served as a Principal Engineer at Broadcom, where he designed and managed complex database systems for probe and test operations using Perl, MySQL, and Oracle. That hands-on, problem-solving background is what sets his training apart — learners benefit not just from theory, but from the insights of someone who has built, debugged, and optimised real systems at scale.
Ahmad is widely regarded as a Perl expert, with over a decade of advanced programming experience and a strong track record of delivering both basic and advanced Perl courses across the semiconductor industry. His technical training portfolio is extensive and spans programming, electronics, and engineering methodology.
