Leadership and Management

Agile Fundamentals & Scrum Framework

Agile is not merely a methodology. It is a mindset shift that empowers business to drive efficiency, accelerate decision-making, and enhance collaboration across its diverse business portfolio. Whether in plantation operations, property development, hospitality, F&B, investments, digital transformation, or sustainability initiatives, Agile provides a flexible, iterative, and transparent approach for managing work, solving problems, and delivering value.
Traditional project approaches often struggle within a business multi-sector environment, where priorities change rapidly, dependencies are complex, and innovation is required to remain competitive. Agile was created to address these challenges by emphasising adaptability, stakeholder collaboration, continuous improvement, and incremental delivery.
This 2-day Agile Fundamentals & Scrum Framework Training is specifically designed to equip business with a strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and frameworks, especially Scrum. The program blends conceptual clarity with real business scenarios, ensuring practical relevance across operational, business, and project environments.
The program incorporates 21st Century Active Learning Approach, including real-life case analysis, hands-on simulations, Scrum practice sessions, and group exercises, aligned with business operations and future transformation goals.
