AI Productivity Kit for HR Learning Specialists is a practical and hands-on 2-day programme designed to equip HR and Learning & Development professionals with the skills to leverage AI tools for greater efficiency, quality and impact in learning-related work.
Participants will explore how AI tools can support key stages of the learning cycle, including identifying training needs, preparing stakeholder presentations, asking effective discovery questions, managing stakeholder requirements, designing structured course outlines, developing learning materials, preparing activities, creating assessments and evaluations, producing reports and recommendations and enhancing learner engagement.
Through guided practice, real HR learning scenarios and workplace-based activities, participants will develop their own AI Productivity Kit consisting of reusable prompts, templates, checklists, and sample outputs that can be applied directly to improve daily HR and L&D tasks.
Learning Outcomes
1. Recognise how AI tools can support HR Learning Specialists in training needs identification, learning design, content creation, stakeholder communication, evaluation and reporting.
2. Apply structured prompting techniques using the C.R.A.F.T. formula and WH questions to generate clear, relevant learning outputs.
3. Develop training materials such as ourse outlines, learning objectives, training agendas, activities, trainer notes, assessments, evaluation forms and reports with AI as assistance.
4. Create presentations and structured slide drafts using AI to improve learner engagement and presentation flow to stakeholder(s).
5. Build a personalised AI Productivity Kit consisting of reusable prompts, templates, checklists for daily HR tasks.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Psychology from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science (Hons) Psychology from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR).
