Aishah Abdullah is a highly experienced Learning & Development professional with over 15 years of cross-industry experience spanning Public Service, Retail, Higher Education, Pharmaceutical, Media, Automotive, Banking, Locomotive, Apparel & Manufacturing, Education, Oil & Gas and Real Estate.

As an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, Certified NLP Coach and former Authorized Instructor for Honda After Sales, Aishah brings a unique blend of corporate training expertise, psychological insight and hands-on industry experience into her programmes. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Psychology from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science (Hons) Psychology from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR).

With more than five years dedicated specifically to Learning & Development, Aishah specialises in identifying capability gaps, designing practical learning solutions and delivering results-driven training programmes for participants across various backgrounds, including contact centre, operational, technical and corporate teams.

Her training approach focuses on real-world application, helping participants translate learning into practical workplace actions. She is known for simplifying complex concepts into clear, relatable and easy-to-apply insights, making her sessions effective for both beginner and advanced learners.

Aishah has delivered training across physical classrooms, virtual platforms and green-screen studio environments. Her facilitation style is dynamic, interactive and highly engaging, incorporating role-plays, case studies, scenario-based learning, guided discussions and practical tools to maximise engagement and knowledge retention.

Her expertise has also been recognised through invitations as a guest speaker at Heriot-Watt University, where she spoke on Organisational Culture and Design, and Universiti Malaya, where she delivered a keynote titled “Turning Talent into Influence – Leadership Starts with U” for students from the Faculty of Business and Economics. She was also recognised for Outstanding Presentation and Delivery in a nationwide Financial Literacy Webinar.
