Leadership Starts with You is a practical 2-day leadership development programme designed to help employees lead through ownership, accountability and positive influence even without a formal title.

As an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, Certified NLP Coach and former Authorized Instructor for Honda After Sales, Aishah brings a unique blend of corporate training expertise, psychological insight and hands-on industry experience into her programmes. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Psychology from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science (Hons) Psychology from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR).
