"Stop It” - Prevention and Eradication of Harassment @ The Workplace
Harassment in any form is deemed a criminal offence under Malaysian laws. This training creates awareness on the seriousness of the offence and the importance of promoting a “Zero Tolerance” to workplace harassment for a conducive and safe work environment.

Muhammad Syafiq Soh is a senior Human Resources and Industrial Relations trainer with 34 years of professional experience across banking, hospitality, manufacturing, wholesale and retail merchandiser, and real estate property development. He is a former Industrial Court Panel Member at the Industrial Courts and has extensive exposure to workplace discipline, employee relations, domestic inquiry, harassment prevention, corporate governance, anti-bribery awareness, and people management. His programmes are practical, interactive, and supported by real workplace examples. He is especially suited for organisations that want to strengthen HR compliance, workplace conduct, supervisory discipline, and service standards.
